(Fluorescence PCR Method)
Intended use
This reagent kit is used for qualitative detection of human CD36 antigen deletion genotype. Including 268C>T, 329-330 ACdel, 1228-1239 12bpdel, and 1237A>C. CD36 antigen is an antigenic epitope located on the platelet membrane glycoprotein 1V (GP1V) and is an inherent antigen of platelets themselves. CD36, also known as Naka, GPIIIb, etc. As one of the important transmembrane glycoproteins on the surface of platelets, it is widely expressed on the surface of platelets and monocytes, and plays an important role in platelet aggregation, anti angiogenesis, tumor immunity, and other aspects.
Principle of Inspection
This reagent kit uses real-time fluorescence PCR combined with Taqman probe technology to perform qualitative typing detection on human CD36 antigen deletion gene loci 268C>T, 329-330 ACdel, 1228-1239, 12bpdel, 1237A>C. Based on the published CD36 gene sequence in the database, allele specific primers and probes were designed using the Amplification Inhibition Mutation System (ARMS) analysis method. These primers and probes were labeled with FAM and distributed in 8 reaction tubes. Each test performed 8 tube reactions to detect CD36 antigen deletion genotypes. At the same time, a pair of internal standard primers and probes are added to each tube, labeled with HEX, to monitor false negative results caused by instrument malfunctions, reagent factors, polymerase activity, or inhibitors in the sample.
Product Features
Specificity: Multiple fluorescent probe method for detecting CD36 antigen deletion genotypes
Simplicity: No electrophoresis required to prevent contamination, can only be read by software, compatible with most qPCR machines on the market
Efficiency: Within 1.5 hours, CD36 genotyping can be completed, and a 96 well plate can perform typing testing for up to 12 individuals at a time
