Detection principle:
Fungi are a type of eukaryotic organism, commonly known as various types of mushrooms. Based on their growth characteristics and morphological differences, they can be simply divided into yeast, fungi, and mushrooms (mushrooms). Fungi can be classified into shallow and deep based on their invasion of different parts of the human body. Superficial fungi only invade the skin, hair, and toenails. This product is a new type of staining solution for rapid detection of fungi. It combines dyes with cell walls and ensures high positivity and accuracy of fungal detection results through morphological observation. The fungal cell wall is composed of cellulose, chitin, and other structures rich in cellulose. This fluorescent dye can non-specific bind with cellulose chitin in the fungal cell wall, forming a complex that can be excited by ultraviolet light to produce fluorescence. The wavelength of 300-440nm ultraviolet light is selected as the laser wave (maximum absorption peak: 355nm) to examine the sample. By detecting under a fluorescence microscope, the fluorescent bacteria can be separated from other substances. Evans blue is used as a counterstaining agent to reduce background interference, decrease background fluorescence, and facilitate observation.
