Product features: This product is designed for short-term processing and storage where the tip of the pipette or the probe of the automatic pipette platform needs to puncture the sample multiple times. When the machine detector or pipette tip is pushed forward, each hole is cut into "X" to form four lobes, which are easy to bend downwards. The sample does not need to be taken out of the core and will not be contaminated with glue. The pre printed alignment circle helps to align the film with the printing plate; If each corner is aligned with each other, all pre cut "X" will align with each hole in the 96 holes. Pre printed numbers help with precise positioning and identification of each hole. After sample extraction, the X-shaped film will return to its original position, and the 100 micron thick vinyl film design temporarily protects the samples in the 96 well plate from contamination and evaporation. For long-term protection after sampling, continuous film should be used as the second layer.
