Labeling with FAM/HEX/ROX and adding a pair of internal standard primers and probes to each well, labeled with CY5, can monitor false negative results caused by instrument malfunctions, reagent factors, polymerase activity, or inhibitors in the sample. Additionally, since primers and probes have already been added to each well in advance, only sterilized water, enzymes, reaction solution, and sample DNA need to be added during operation, simplifying the operation process.
Specific: Multiple fluorescence method is used to achieve qualitative typing of HLA-ABDR genotypes.
