Summer brings autumn, and the season of harvest has arrived! Opening these two days of company attendance, I found that one-third of my colleagues were still fighting outside before the holiday, while colleagues from business departments, technical departments, and clinical trials were all rushing to catch up and seize opportunities!
Some of you have been away from young children for a long time, only to complete customer tasks with quality and quantity guaranteed; Some people have no time to take care of the elderly who are seriously ill, only for the continuous development of the company's business; Some newlyweds still resolutely bid farewell to their partners and spend their days with clinical samples and registration materials. A thousand days at home is good, but going out is difficult. You may need to constantly overcome various unexpected difficulties, endure various inexplicable accusations, complaints, and grievances while away, but you still forget yourself, be brave, and resilient! Weihe, thank you all for your hard work!
The epidemic seems to have pressed the fast forward button of time, and in a blink of an eye, 3/4 of 2022 has passed, leaving only one quarter. After careful calculation, there are only sixty or seventy working days left.
Looking back at the goals at the beginning of the year, I believe everyone should feel the pressure and responsibility. To achieve the expected targets, the word "difficult" may appear in their minds. The impact of the epidemic, economic downturn, the need for restructuring of the track, and the need for innovation in models have all brought about practical difficulties. Doing difficult and right things is the inspiration left to us by countless great companies, and crises bring more opportunities. Our products, our business model, and our development direction have all been validated and highly recognized by customers and peers. We don't need to worry about the future, what we need is to "set goals and seize opportunities", and what we need is a "fast" word in the present. Fortunately, in the third quarter, our work has basically normalized and we have also made some progress. If there is hope, we will do our best to strive for it!
Here, I would like to emphasize once again the goals we must achieve by the end of the year:
1. Achieve a 200% increase in annual revenue compared to 2021
2. Successfully obtained registration certificates for two or more products, and made significant progress in clinical trials of two core products
3. The new technology platform has achieved successful product validation, and significant progress has been made in the development of core new products
4. Medical examination services obtain more comprehensive qualifications and project licenses on the existing basis
5. Complete the establishment of business teams or channels in South and Southwest China, and establish a relatively complete system for national business development
6. Optimize production capacity and production quality inspection efficiency to achieve verifiable capacity doubling
There will eventually be a day when clouds and mist disperse, and all colors and colors will always be in spring! Hard work will definitely pay off, everyone, come on!
